1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using CredaiCO ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

CredaiCO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on CredaiCO for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display

CredaiCO makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

CredaiCO is NOT a credit repair company and does not provide legal advice. Users maintain full control over all disputes and communications with credit bureaus. CredaiCO does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall CredaiCO or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CredaiCO, even if CredaiCO or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on CredaiCO could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. CredaiCO does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. CredaiCO may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

6. Materials and Content

The materials on CredaiCO are protected by copyright law and international treaties. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute the materials in any way without CredaiCO's prior written permission.

When you create an account with CredaiCO, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

CredaiCO reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within CredaiCO
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Uploading files that contain viruses or malware
• Collecting or tracking personal information of others without consent
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
• Engaging in any illegal activity
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

9. Payment Terms

All charges are billed to the payment method you provide. You authorize CredaiCO to charge your payment method for all fees and charges incurred. Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis and will continue to be charged until you cancel your subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

CredaiCO and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by CredaiCO, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Third-Party Links

CredaiCO may contain links to third-party websites. CredaiCO is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party websites is governed by their terms and conditions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of CredaiCO shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the United States for the resolution of any such dispute.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CredaiCO and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of CredaiCO or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

CredaiCO may terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CredaiCO regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
